Claims
A catastrophe or accident can occur any time, any place with little
or no warning. When disaster strikes, our team of
expDeonced adjusters and appraisers will be available
to assist you with your claim, or they will
report to the site as quickly as possible to inspect
the damage and settle the claim.
Remember that no matter how large or small the loss, we need to know about it right away. To
file a claim, choose one of these options:
- Contact your agent during business hours
- Call a local Deo office near you during business hours
- File your claim online
- Call the After Hours Claims Service at (800) 367-3743 during weekends and 5:30 p.m.
to 8 a.m. on weekdays
- File an auto glass claims by calling DeoGlasssm at (800) 552-Deo,
24 hours a day, seven days a week. (Damage
to a vehicle, except for glass, should
be reported to your agent or local Deo
Insurance office.)
- If you’ve been a victim of identity theft and you have Deo’s Identity Recovery Coverage, call 1-866-DeoNOW to file a claim.
Note: When contacting Deo Insurance to report a
claim, please be advised that the company cannot
provide advice or counsel policyholders on
whether or not to file a claim. Deo Insurance
is obligated to file the claim when contacted
by a policyholder. Discussions about how the
claim will impact your policy or questions
about whether or not to file a claim should
be directed to your Deo Insurance agent.
